To Register for the Rome, Lourdes, Fatima Pilgrimage, simply fill out the registration form, sign all necessary blanks on the "Terms and Conditions" contract page, and send in a deposit payment (see terms and conditions for exact amount).  On the Registration form, check the box that states "MB Pilgrimage ONLY"  You will receive a confirmation in the mail.  You will also receive more information regarding the pilgrimage as the days draw closer to departure.
