Terms and Conditions for World Youth Day 2005 Tours
INITIAL TERMS: Young Adult Mission is working in alliance with All Savers Travel Company. All Terms and Conditions apply to Young Adult
Mission and All Savers Travel Company. All Payments will be directed to All Savers
Travel Company. Any
payment by a group or individual to Young Adult Mission or All Savers Travel Company for a World Youth Day package is subject
to these terms and conditions.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: A valid US passport is required for travel. Passports must be valid three months
after return date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain any necessary
passport, visas, or other necessary documentation for travel. Cancellation due
to lack of proper documents is the responsibility of the passenger and is not eligible for a refund.
FINAL DOCUMENTS: Final travel documents
are issued only after final payment for the package. Please send registration

TRAVELER’S PROTECTION WARRANTY: We recommend that all passengers purchase traveler’s protection warranty. Traveler’s
Protection Warranty for the WYD package costs an additional non-refundable $99.00 fee.
This protection insures a full refund of the total amount paid for the travel package from Young Adult Mission, minus
the warranty fee. We strongly recommend you carefully review the terms and conditions
of the travelers’ protection policy. Traveler’s Protection Warranty
must be purchased on or before the designated registration dates listed in the “Price Guarantee” section.
PRICE GUARANTEE: A $350.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. An
additional $650.00 payment, (total $1000.00) is due prior to any price guarantees. Young Adult Mission is not responsible for fluctuation in published airfare changes;
the total cost of any trip is subject to availability of published airfare prices at the time of booking. Deposit Payments
made before February 15th will be eligible for the total package cost of [the
agreed package price], based on availability at the time of booking. This
price is not guaranteed until the second payment installment is made. Packages
will not be issued with a price change until after the group leader has given permission for the change. No changes are anticipated.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: We cannot guarantee special facilities or assistance for disabled, special need, or elderly passengers. Young Adult Mission is not responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after
the events. Medical insurance is included in the cost of the package. Medical insurance is issued through the World Youth Day program directors.
Young Adult Mission assumes no responsibility for medical claims.
MEALS:
All meals will be provided for in Essen and in Cologne. There is no refund for unused meal
tickets. The type of meals offered is at the discretion of the place preparing
the meal. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: There is a $350.00 non-refundable cancellation fee per person.
This fee ONLY applies after the hotel reservation and airline reservation has been made. The initial $350.00 deposit
guarantees a reservation for the entire package. Young Adult Mission reserves the right to book flights for any group or individual
that pays a deposit. Young Adult Mission books group airfares and group accommodations with establishments that offer minimal
refunds. If for any reason Young Adult Mission must cancel a reservation,
Young Adult Mission will refund the entire amount paid and will bear no further responsibility. If for any reason, events are cancelled beyond Young Adult Mission’s control, Young Adult Mission
will refund all amounts paid, minus 50% of the non-refundable payment ($175.00). In
all instances, Young Adult Mission does not charge late fees on payments; however, if the $1000.00 payment installment is
not received in full by the designated registration date, Young Adult Mission reserve the right to change the quoted price
to the next available rate, after consent from the group leader.
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Air transportation is in economy class. The selection of air carriers
and flight itineraries is the sole discretion of Young Adult Mission. Random
seats are assigned for all group participants. Special meal requests should be
directed to the airline several weeks prior to departure. Airline tickets are not refundable unless otherwise stated. Special date requests may be made at the time of registration; thereafter, a $250.00
change fee will apply in some circumstances. Airlines do not allow change of
names, therefore no changes of names or substitutions are permitted. All reservations are made at group rates, but can accommodate
individual tickets. An individual may request a different destination; any additional
fees are the individual’s responsibility. Air schedules are subject to
change without notice. Young Adult Mission is not responsible for changes
in the airline's schedule. Groups are responsible for any additional airline surcharges or security fees levied after
the agreement is signed. Young Adult Mission reserves the right to alter
departure and arrival dates based on airline seat capacity and availability. This will not affect the price.
BAGGAGE: Baggage is limited to
one check-on and one carry-on per passenger; however we recommend only one carry-on.
Young Adult Mission is not responsible for any theft or damage to any bags at any time. Airlines
have baggage limits on carry-on and check-on bags. It is the responsibility of the passenger to find out the baggage
limits of the airline. Young Adult Mission is not responsible for extra
fees for large bags.
TRANSFERS: Young Adult Mission will provide airport transfers to Essen and from Cologne Main Train Station. It is the responsibility of the group or individual to meet the train in Cologne prior to the flights departure. Young Adult Mission is not responsible
for a missed train resulting in a missed flight. Any penalty fees are the responsibility
of the passenger, if the passenger does not have traveler’s protection warranty.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Bank Checks, Cashiers
Checks, Cash, PayPal (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover), and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment.
DEPOSIT and REGISTRATION: A $350.00
per person deposit is required at the time of registration. The second $650.00
installment is due prior to the designated registration dates listed in the “Price Guarantees” section. A price is not guaranteed until the second payment is made in full, or a payment plan has been established. No participant can depart without paying the entire cost of the package in full. A total payment of $1500.00 is due prior to March 31st 2005. If payments are not received by March 31st 2005, reservations are subject to cancellation. Final payments
are due no later than May
15th 2005.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Communal accommodations will be provided is Essen and Cologne Germany. Participants will be assigned
designated space within large halls or rooms within nearby schools. Facilities
will include either onsite swimming pools or attached swimming pool facilities. Bathrooms
and showers are available on site. Young Adult Mission assumes no responsibility
for arranging communal accommodations. If for any reason a participant requests
additional accommodations, Young Adult Mission will assist with the arrangements at an additional cost. If a passenger desires to arrange their own accommodations while in Germany, there will no price deductions. Additional costs will be the responsibility of the group or individual.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE and LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Young Adult Mission and All Savers
Travel Company deny any liability for personal injury, property damage, loss of property, health problems, delays, or any
action or omission by the air carrier, accommodation operators, rail service, public transportation, or participants of the
events, including the chaperons and group leaders. Young Adult Mission
acts as a tour operator. The trip being sold is a package. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and sleeping accommodations for the tour
program are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Young Adult Mission.
All coupons, receipts, reservations, and tickets issued or made on behalf of a passenger are subject to the terms and
conditions specified by each of Young Adult Mission’s individual suppliers. By
utilizing the service of the suppliers, you agree that Young Adult Mission will
not be liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations,
transportation or any other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control,
including war, acts of God, defects in vehicles, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation
of or changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft.
Statement of Agreement and Acceptance of all Terms and Conditions
I have read and reviewed the itinerary and services for
the trip offered on this form and all terms and conditions as stated. I have
had an opportunity to inquire about any questions I may have prior to booking this tour.
By signing this registration agreement, I am stating that I understand and accept all terms and conditions in connection
with the trip offered on this form.

Statement of Voluntary Consent, General Release and
Waiver of Liability (Minors ONLY)
I HEREBY further declare and represent that I am on notice, this being evidence and acknowledgment
thereof, that Young Adult Mission and All Savers Travel has no medical insurance that covers me, or in the event the undersigned
is under eighteen years of age, that Young Adult Mission and All Savers Travel has no medical insurance that covers my minor
child. Young Adult Mission and All Savers Travel assume no responsibility for
any minor child traveling.
FINALLY, I hereby declare and represent that
in making, executing and tendering this Statement of Voluntary Consent, General Release and Waiver of Liability, I fully understand
and acknowledge that I am relying wholly upon my own judgment, belief and knowledge of the circumstances involved in my or
my minor child’s participation in the described activity, and that I have read this statement, understand its contents,
and executed it of my own free will and choice.

Certificate of Traveler’s Protection Warranty Guide. I have had the opportunity
to inquire about questions I may have prior to purchasing Traveler’s Protection Warranty. By signing this section of this registration agreement, I am stating that I agree to the terms and conditions
of the Warranty Policy, and voluntarily decide to purchase Traveler’s Protection Warranty from All Saver’s Travel
Company.
