Certificate of Traveler’s Protection Warranty
1) All US and Canadian residents who are traveling in the US or internationally may purchase coverage for the duration of their
Trip.
2) All foreign nationals who do
not reside in the US, who are purchasing travel arrangements through All Savers Travel
in the US, may enroll in this plan for the duration of the Trip being purchased.
3) This plan is available to persons
who have a maximum trip cost of $5,000.
Complete Description of Coverage
Travel Arrangement Protection
a)Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption
In
the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip because: (a) You, a Traveling Companion, or an Immediate Family member suffers
an Injury, Sickness, or death; or (b) You are hijacked, quarantined, required to serve on a jury, or subpoenaed;(ii) has a
home made uninhabitable by fire, flood, volcano, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disaster;(iii) is directly involved
in a documented traffic accident while en route to departure;(iv) You become unemployed due to the cessation of business by
Your employers (this does not apply to self employed persons);(v) You are unable to undergo an injection, due to a medical
reason, which is unexpectedly and suddenly required for entry into a country of destination, provided that such a requirement
was not current at the time that travel arrangements were made; (vi) You are required to take an academic examination on a
date that has been fixed after travel arrangements were made, and the date falls within the period of travel;(vii) scheduled
public transport cancels as a result of riot, civil commotion, strikes, hijacking, natural disasters, motor or railway accidents,
not reasonably to be expected at the time of effecting coverage.
b) Trip Cancellation
Non-refundable cancellation charges imposed by the Travel Supplier
and/or airfare cancellation charges for flights joining or departing Your Land/Sea Arrangements; or the additional costs You
may incur as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate of prepaid travel arrangements if a person booked to share
accommodations with You cancels his/her Trip for a covered reason and You do not cancel.
c) Trip Interruption
Unused, non-refundable land or sea expenses prepaid to the Travel
Supplier and/or the airfare paid, less the value of applied credit from an unused return travel ticket, to return home or
rejoin the original Land/Sea Arrangements (limited to the cost of one-way economy airfare by scheduled carrier, from the point
of destination to the point of origin shown on the original travel tickets). The Insurer will also pay benefits, up to
$100 per day, for reasonable additional accommodation and transportation expenses incurred to remain near a covered traveling
Immediate Family member or Traveling Companion who is hospitalized during Your Trip.
d) Terrorism:
In the event
You are prevented from taking Your Trip because: Terrorism or a terrorist act (or acts) occurs in Your departure city or in
a city which is a scheduled destination for Your Trip provided: (1) the terrorist act(s) occurs within 30 days of the scheduled
departure date for Your Trip, and (2) Your plan cost is received within fourteen (14) calendar days of Your deposit or initial
Trip payment. The Insurer will pay benefits up to Your total Trip cost for non-refundable cancellation charges imposed by
the Travel Supplier and/or airfare cancellation charges for flights joining or departing Your Land/Sea Arrangements.
e) Financial Insolvency:
In
the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip because: The Travel Supplier is unable to deliver contracted Trip arrangements
which have been prepaid and pre-booked solely due to the Financial Insolvency of a Travel Supplier.
IMPORTANT: In all circumstances, coverage does not apply for Financial Insolvency if Financial Insolvency
occurred, or a petition for bankruptcy protection was filed by the Travel Supplier, before Your effective date of coverage
or a Financial Insolvency occurs within seven (7) days following your effective date of coverage.

Trip Cancellation |
|
Provides reimbursement for non-refundable
trip payments and deposits if a trip is canceled for illness, death or other specific unforeseen circumstances including auto
accident, theft of car and carjacking. |

Trip Interruption |
|
Provides reimbursement for the unused, non-refundable
portion of your trip if it is interrupted for illness, death or other unforeseen circumstances including auto accident, theft
of car and carjacking. Also covers any increased transportation costs to return home due to a covered reason. |

Travel Delay |
|
The Insurer will pay benefits for Covered
Expenses, up to $300, if Your Trip is delayed for 12 or more hours due to lost or stolen travel documents, inclement weather,
strike or other job action, or equipment failure of an Air Common Carrier. Covered Expenses include any prepaid, unused, non-refundable
Land/Sea Arrangements, any reasonable additional expenses for meals and lodging, and the cost of a one-way economy airfare
ticket to catch up to the Trip or return to the place of origin shown on the original travel documents. |

Missed Connection |
|
Provides reimbursement for the additional
costs to "catch up" to a missed connection, if the cause of delay is an accident or bad weather. |

Baggage Loss / Damage |
|
The contracted airline company has a baggage
loss / damage policy. Provides reimbursement for lost, stolen or damaged baggage. |

How to file a claim:
